I'm new to the online scene (despite 5yrs of playing PES) and have only played 4 matches. When on the field, everything is self-explanary, but in the lobby's I just can't figure some things out.
- what does the ball beside the players name mean? Sometimes it's inflated, most times just fully round.
- I figure the red shoe means that the player is currently playing?
- inside a game room, what options do you have if you are a guest? It seemed I couldn't really do anything when I joined one.
- Inside a game room there were some strange "field" symbols to the right. What's their use?
- sometimes there is a division beside a players name. Is that just an automated ranking system?
- is there any way to communicate with an opponent in the lobbies?
- How can I see if an opponent is laggy? Is playing him the only way to figure this out?
- On the field, do the red/yellow circles under a players number (on top of the screen) represent the players ping? (red being very high ping?)
These are the questions that come in mind, while I'm here at work. I realise it's not really rocket science, but any help would be greatly appriciated.
