Great game PES2010, but WTF happened to players' development curves? Why can't I see them anymore? There's a tab for it under players' stats, but it's just a blank chart, again WTF Konami???

You can see their progress on the chart but not the future development curve. Suppose its more realistic. They've borrowed heavily from Football Manager this year and personally I like it.

So what's the trick then to knowing how good your young players are? Or do you never know until they reach their peak how good they are or might have been?

Also what's with all the fake players this year? Over 2/3 of the player names I've seen looks like made up.

To me it's the best thing to do with youth development. It's was ridicolous to just travel along the list and see 19 ~ years old with a 70+ rating, worth like 1M, you buy like 10 of them, since they are extremely cheap, check their graphcs. if they have good graph, you keep them. they don't, you sell them....it's really stupid. In here you have to take your chances.

I get your point, but it's a game, not real life. I don't want to play someone 5 seasons to find out if he's good or not, and repeat this few hundred times.

I did download an option file, but I don't think the 2nd division teams were updated. Can I just download the Edit Data from another option file and replace mine?

These randomly generated teams cant be updated as they're just made up. You can swap them out of the league and replace them with any other team (as you can for all the leagues). So you could use teams form Teams A and Teams B if you wanted

I agree. It's actually nice not to know. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on something :laugh:

e.g. I thought maybe if your scout or coaching level is high enough you can see it.
