Does a players form affect his dribbling, speed, shooting and overall play? Or does it only affect his stamina and make him fatigue quicker? I've noticed that a player with the red arrow pointing up can play better and shoot better but im not sure if its because of the form

it at least affects he's dribbling accuracy, if you read "trick cards" thread you find out that it can affect the speed (animation) of your players turns. i think the purple arrow (stright downwards) gives about -5 to dribble accuracy at least, and 5+ with straight upwards, about 3- and 3+ with the blue and orange arrows.
i assumse it affects the dribble speed, theqnique, shots, and more abilities aswell but someone else who is sure in that matter should confirm that.

So other than making sure that the player is playing frequently to make sure his in good form, what else can you do to make sure his fit and healthy ?? Im really confused on what to do with players to help them become faster and more responsive/healthier

At the bottom of the 1st post there's a chart. Click on it to see what each arrow affects.

Like Smijernet said, I found out that you need 80 dribble accuracy to do a sharp turn. When I had Babel, who has 86 dribble acc, on down arrow he could no longer do the sharp turn which means he went down at least 7 points for dribble. But Riera who has 85 dribble acc on blue arrow can still do it. So if the player is good, blue arrow is fine but down arrow is always a nono for starting, maybe only use as substitute.

@Fenerlover. They're just random. No matter how much I play a player he'll end up getting a down arrow eventually. But I notice that players with good condition/form rating are usually in good condition compared to someone like Ronaldinho with a 3 for condition/form he spends about 90% of the season in blue arrow or worse.
