Hi everybody.

Been playing PES since ISS64, had a Fifa break in '10-'12 but I'm back with PES now :)

enjoying the game, but is it normal that sometimes my player just does nothing when I try to intercep a through ball? I have to manually intercep the cpu's through balls because of the crappy A.I. at times but even if I press the tackle/intercep/pass button my player does absolutely nothing. Just curious if anyone has any tips/comments about this.

Totally agree with you daam..having the same kind of problem as thousands of other players I guess..I m having this idea that probably the game punishes you for trying to intercept through balls and the best thing you can do is to find a way to sit back and run backwards..still cant find an effective way to deal with long through ball CHEATERS..if you come to think about it this is just a BUG of the game..it never happens like that in real football especially with high through balls..

its not a cheat or a bug , move your defence back and stop playing all out attack and stop trying to score as many goals as you can then you will find you can stop this long through , or play manual vs manual

Yeah I never play all out attack, maybe ask some questions before you criticise someone.
