when you edit a player's special ability(e.g middle shooting)and start a master league the special abilty i just edited don't appear in master league only in match mode...can anyone tell me if it's happened to them

Hasn't happened to me. I've edited special abilities & positions AFTER starting a master league and those changes are in there.

well i'm stratching my head and thinking my game's gone crazy then cause i've created myself and given myself full everthing and started a master league to find out that all my special abilities are there apart from middle shooting
