Hello

Has anyone had a similar problem?

The square, X, circle and triangle buttons on my controller have suddenly stopped working when loading a game either offline or online. They seem to be working fine when I am on the basic PS3 set up and out of a game.

Plus, I can also see a visual of these controller buttons on the bottom of the screen while a game is playing?

Any thoughts? Am I doing something wrong?
