Please help! (Xport owners!)

I got my x-port today and when i tried to install the software on m pc it didnt work - not at all - if I click the setup thing it the disk spins for a bit then nothing! however, when I'm on the net it works - but as soon as the installation is about to complete it comes up with an error report thingy. This is really cack cos I dont wanna have to send it back - anyone else had similar problems??

ps. I know this should be in the x-port thread but i need replies quick cos I'll have to send it back if people think its knackered.

what is the error?
something about your machine?
what do you mean about it working on the net? i thought it didnt install?

Its difficult to explain - it doesnt install normally but when i connect to the internet (just online - not doing anything) the installation thing works - its really wierd. But just as its about to complete one of those error things pops up (its one of the ones that says 'send error report' or 'dont send')
Help!!!!

there normlay to do with your system (well my experince off them) what i suggest is if you try an install it on a m8 machine, if it works it you machines problem but if it dosent it could be the x-port

good idea, cheers! wierd thing is now it seems like its installed - its in the progams files and everything and seems to be working even though it didn't seem to install properly. I'm still a bit cautious though, don't want it screwin up my memory card!! Thanks for you help mick!

Go to
http://uk.codejunkies.com/downloads/XPortWebInstaller.exe
And install the PC program of X-Port from there. It should install and run fine.
If not, you have a problem with your PC and it should work on another PC (or if you reformat your hard disk and reinstall Windows). Good luck.
