Hi

For the last 6 hours i've been trying to figure out how to cdrip my original we8 so i can patch it but i still can't do it and it's sending me crazy.
I've looked at the guides on here but they all refer to previous pes or we and mention different files that aren't on we8. Please don't tell me to search cos i've tried and i can't find a guide anywhere to cdrip we8. This is the first time i've done it and at the moment i'm finding that i can read japanese easier than understand this lol. I've got all the software, patch and two ripkits cos supposedly i need both. I also have swap magic v3. Could someone please give me a step by step guide for a total dumbass (me) so i can get some sleep cos it's doin my head in. Thanks in advance

what patch are you trying to apply?? i used a language patch without having to rip the game to cd, i just patched the dvd...

you might not have to rip the game to cd...

I don't think Swap Magic can run CD's larger than 650mb. A CD-rip of the original WE8 DVD is roughly 720mb.

I was looking on evo web and someone had released fernando's patch as a no mod patch ie for swap magic. People on there have done it but i can't figure it out.
