Please Please Help!!!!!

I'm gagging to play online but, instead, I'm tearing my hai out because once I click into the lobby and select one of the 3 boxes, I get a message saying 'an error has occurred' after about 3/4 minutes.

I have apparently got 100% signal strength etc, I have registered the game, got the passwords etc etc. I have registered with playstation network (selected the option not to give payment details...if that has any relevance).

The only thing I can now hink of is if its some port/router shit on my laptop?? How do I do something about this? Never simple is it!!

I am far from computer literate so any advice will have to be described as if it were directed at an 8 year old kid.

Damn Konami

Man really starting to hate these game manufacture's they really dont seem that interested in providing the correct information.

any ways.fed up of an error occurred so i put debug on and guess what

Jan 29 22:19:03.213 GMT: %SEC-6-IPACCESSLOGP: list 101 denied tcp 172.30.202.50(63424) -> 210.249.145.83(10881), 2 packets

the 172.30 is my internal ip but guess where 210.249.145.83 is WOW konami
so why connect on 63424 no frigging idea and guess what you add these tcp ports in a range 63420 to 62440 on my device still get dropped packets not sure why.

so how did i get it working on m,y cisco
access-list 101 permit ip host 172.30.202.50 host 210.249.145.83

basicaly said anything going to konami
210.249.145.83 let it through.

and guess what i am now online.
