hi lb,
check the division ranking listings for ur current division (division 5 atm for you).
The promotion / relegation occur every monday to tuesday night.
Rules are simple regarding promotion and relegation:
PROMOTION
everything with a red arrow pointing upwards will promote to division 4.
NO CHANGE
Everything without an arrow will stay in the current division u play in.
RELEGATION
Everything with a blue arrow pointing downwards will relegate to a lower division.

Note that the promotion/relegation limits are NOT a fixed number for the division rating (ie the number you see when you start up MLO from the main menu, for example 501).
Basically it is a large scale league table, where the bottom/top X amount of teams promote and relegate. Thus, the amount of points needed is dynamic as it depends on what the other teams do.
