I'm still a noob and I like to lurk this forum to learn a thing or two. So I guess I'd love to know where I'm standing among you guys, the masters of the game.

The reason why I like Ranking Match over MLO is because lag cheaters are quite a few and far between in this area (in Winning Eleven 2013, at least).

Furthermore, in my opinion, your skill is as good as playing a default team (except Real Mad and Barca) instead of supercharged MLO teams, which consisting of superstars like Messi and Ronaldo, in a same team.
