Prevent Free Agent in Master League

How do you prevent 'free agent' players from being used in Master League? I have loads of free agents from duplicate/fake players after player registration editing.
We can choose not to use 'classic players' when initially setting up the Master League but how about 'free agent'? It's irritated to see some opponent clubs bought those fake 'free agents' :realmad:

OK. Someone told me, that can only happen if I register out the fake players after I started the Master League (which I did). Can this be confirmed?

And I was also advised that the best way not to restart my Master League is to make the fake players stats as crap as possible (which is 1) so that no club would buy them (but, there are lots of them stats!!) :no:
