Previous PS3 update patch needed; PES 09 v1.2

Does anyone happen to know where I might be able to get the v1.2 Konami patch for PES 09 for the PS3?

I've been trying to get one of the option files working which contain the Championship teams, but the one I have requires version 1.2, not 1.4, which is the one that I had installed. I deleted the data for 1.4 so that, when I boot PES 09 up, I'm prompted to update the game files. So, presumably, it's now at 1.0...? I've been searching for absolutely ages to try to find this older patch (1.2), so if someone, by chance, has it somewhere, or if someone knows where I might be able to find it, I'd be immensely grateful.

Dude I have the exact same issue, only my internet is down for PS3 and I want the 1.4 update so I can play the patch I just configured. Did you actually get any help? Thanks for your time =)
