Pro Evo 2011 Easier Transfer Neogotions?

Hi (ive just joined this forum)

I recenetly Bought Pro Evo because I got bored of Fifa 10, However when I finally finished Editing all the Premier League Teams and Touched up on my Players (Sunderland AFC) I decided to hit up on Master League

>>Note Im not a Rookie on Pes, i had both 08 and 09 for the Xbox 360 so I know the flaws of master league and its problems<<

Master League looked good this year with the Additional Features they added, However Transfer's once again were hard to come by, I understand that they wanted to make it harder to buy players, but it comes to a point were it gets frustrating to hell.

This "Transfer BUG or whatever Konami have done, has been In Pes since 08 and it needs to be Re-Written for next year, Master League has to be Enjoyable, And how can it be Enjoyable when you cant even buy the players you want!!! SORT IT OUT KONAMI!! Gameplay is Ace, and everything else is Awesome, Just sort this little Problem out!! Get Transfer System Fixed for PES 2011!! Its Screwing up Master League Altogether!!!

Implement a System were the user gets to pick before Entering Master League "Transfer Difficulty"

Easy, Medium, Hard"

or something similar, at least give the Freedom Of Choice to the user to which he / she can select before entering Master League, so people can build Dream Teams / Get the players they want for their Squads etc.

Im in my 2nd Season with Sunderland, got some nice pieces that I managed to wheel and deal for (Free agents and the Ocasional Signing), my Operating costs are nice, eg scout 5, fan base 5, coach 4, youth 5.

>>WILL POST SQUAD ON A DIFFERENT THREAD<<

Moving on, The CPU manages to buy players at will and it really is annoying, lack of programming from Konami? or is it just bugged? whatever it maybe, Konami you need to sort it out for PES 2011

My Club Budget is around the £100 million mark - due to selling and dealing players, my question is, is will Konami fix this "Transfer Embargo!" for PES 11? because Master League is 100 times better than Fifa's Manager Mode! you just need to sort the Transfer System out!! and Have a easier System to use!! Please!! the Transfer System is a Living Hell!!!... At times... and most of the time!!

There comes a point when having a Nice Club Budget dosent mean anything Becuase Transfers are hard to come by so it seems

also i have had 5hitty youth players, when the CPU has some gems in their Lineups!! My Youth team is on 5! when do you think i will get some gems appearing in my Youth Section

Thanks for your time

i don,t think transfers is very hard !!!
you can buy players = if your team good enough ( team ranking )
and players like aguero ..etc you can,t buy them with team like sunderland !!

anyway , get your team ranking up and you will get NICE PLAYERS :)

and i have something to say about negations , if you want buy player add him first in scout list and wait for the reports if the player is able to buy u can .....
beside there are a lot of players you can buy and they very useful for your team ..

the idea of ML is
( Challenge , Make Dreams Come True , Begin From The Beginning )

i hope i helped you a little :)

Even as Man Utd its hard to come by transfers.

After having to sell players to make sure I wouldnt go bust at the end of the season, I went for players to find the system is stupid.

Only made two signings (Sessegnon, Matuzalem both of wish arent brilliant) and have been rejected by Aguero, De Rossi (who is fuming with his club aswell), Messi (No wonder there though ), Lassana Diarra and Santi Cazorla but also had scout reports saying almost zero chance on Modric, Lennon and Sneijder.

Seems a bit too hard.

I agree with him.

I'm a ML veteran, if there is such a thing, and I can't tell you how miffed I am with the new transfer system. However, I'm also really miffed with some other stuff too so I might as well get it all out there in one go then I'll feel much better. Here goes.

The transfer system probably does reflect the world of real football - trouble is, I don't want the world of real football. I want a game that's a bit like real football but is also a game. I'm too old to be hanging around until such time as ML decides I'm long enough in the tooth to let me buy the players I want. Of course, some PES fans will want this and that's fine too, but please, give us/me the option. Then, if I want to build a superteam in season one, I can.

And talking of it being a game and me knowing that it is one: what's all this surreal stuff John Champion ('The Chump') keeps blathering on about? Stuff like: 'we're getting news from our man on the touch line.' No you're not John, and we know you're not. You're a recoding. I can only assume that his type of looney dialogue is intended (somehow) to convince us that what we are experiencing is a real-time football match at the end of which everyone at the match will head off home or disappear into the nearest pub or house of ill repute. It's not a real game and, try as you might Konami, not even my two-year-old nephew, who hasn't even learnt to say the word car yet, thinks it is.

To be honest, stuff like that makes me a bit queasy, as does poor old Lawros awful lines. What's that one where he says something like: 'instead of snatching at the ball like that.'
He sounds more like John Barryman off 'Dorothy/Make me a Pop Star/Killer Zombie/Mutant/WildChild, than he does a football pundit. Someone seriously needs to have a word with whoever writes the script for the commentators on PES and get it sorted. Plus, would someone pay for Lawro to have acting lessons, (I'm happy to chip in a fiver to start things off). He can't deliver his lines. But then why should he, he's a football pundit with a really grey, really old-fashioned mullet. He's not an actor. So instead of the rel Lawro why not ask someone like Alistair McGowan to nip in and do the job properly. Get rid of Lawro all together - we see far too much of him on MoTD as it is without having to endure him on PES too. There, problem solved. Also, while we're on the prickly subject of commentators - how hard is it to have The Chump and Lawro not contradict each other, as in:
The Chump: 'What a great shot!'
instantly followed by:
Lawro: 'He couldn't hit a horse's arse with a banjo!'
Ok, so he doesn't use that particular line (but I wish he would). If they are going to contradict each other let it at least end in some kind of verbal fistycuffs - something along the lines of:
The Chump: What a marvellous shot!
Lawro: Tripe.
The Chump: What did you say?
Lawro: It was tripe. That shot - it was tripe.
The Chump: Say that again!
Lawro: (silence)
The Chump: I said, say that again!
Lawro: I...
The Chump: What?! WHAT!?!!!!?

See, something akin to the first couple of scenes from Pulp Fiction. That would be fun. Admittedly, while we were listening our opponents would have scooted down the pitch a got a goal, but who would care?

What else can I whine about? I know, those funny infill bits at the beginning of a game where the players stand with their hands on their hips and gaze off into the distance. What are they supposed to be doing? Pondering? Is that it, are they supposed to be pondering? Or, as I've imagined, are they reciting bits of Shakespeare to themselves? Next time you're waiting for kick off and PES shows someone hand-hipped and gazing off into the wild blue yonder, say this out loud:
Shall I compare thee to a summer's day, for thou art more temperate - Lawro.
Or:
Hark, what light from yonder window breaks? Is it Juliet? No, it's that Gary Neville bloke what plays for MUFC!

Okay, rant just about over. I feel a bit lighter now although there is more. But, I'd like to end on a high note as I am a fan of PES despite all my gripes. The gameplay is excellent. I love it. Keep it up PES but if you REALLY want to get it spot on you're going to have to involve me.

Next time I post I'm going to be discussing goalkeepers and why, when they dive, they don't extend their arms fully. Plus, that funny walk that ALL PES players have.
Cheers
Steve.

Re your youth team coach; Sack the dude. I had a level 5 one and all he produced in 3 seasons was a striker rated 61 who was 20 years old!?!

Needless to say I fired his ass.

The need to bring back trades also as it lets you get in new players and ditch the crap ones whilst saving you some cash.

I was also quite fond of the old 'singing arrow' transfers on 2008 or 2009 (I Think)
