hi,
sorry if ive posted in the wrong area but here goes.
i currently have pro evolution soccer four for ps2, but i currently run default settings (eg kits, transfers and names are default) and i would like to know if anyone could suggest a suitable option file for the game,
i have an xport cable and data so the file must be in that format,

You can find several PES4 option files in the 2nd page of the PS2 Option Files section in the File Dowloads section to take your pick from. (CLICK)

However, don't expect them to be bang up-to-date as there are few people still playing PES4 and therefore releasing OFs for.
