Hi guys, i'm sorry if this has already been discussed or posted but i don't usually post msgs but really needed some help

i have a 3 yr old samsung plasma which was HD ready as told my the dealer, well i think it is only 480i resolution and tried playing pro evo on my ps3 with 720i resoultion and the game play stutters from time to time and the more i play it the more it stutters, however i switched it to 480i output and it's better but still stutters at times but the graphics are not as great and it feels a waste of ps3 playing it like this and i've connected it thru component cables. Pls. can some one tell me if this stutter problem is within the game as i've read reports that there is this issue or is it i need a new tv with the full hd 1080p support and the game will not stutter at all?

Pls. help!

Don't worry, it's a problem within the game, not your TV.

I've actually played PES 2008 on both SD and HD TV's, and to be honest, I prefer it on SD TV.

Thanks so much, I hope you're right, the other day i was playing 5 players at one time and it was amazing how really slow the game play became from corners esp. its really shocking, hope they can rectify this via some updates.

Pls. if anyone else has any suggestion or knowledge about this, it wud be very helpful!
