Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 Registry Problem

It seems that i will suffer with 64-bit version of Vista Ultimate

i run the Pro Evolution Soccer 2008/2009 reg file and it's added ok to registry but when trying to run the game it's said that it's not installed

this error happens if i didn't run the reg file but i already run it and it's already added to registry

the reg file of Pro Evolution Soccer 2008/2009 was from an 32-bit version so do i need to install the game again at 64-bit system and get the reg files from it or what ??

What registry file are you talking about?

Why do you even need to use a registry file?

Did you have Vista 32bit and now you have Vista 64bit? If so, did you copy over your installation from 32bit to 64bit?

Have you tried a fresh install?

hm... i am using vista 64bit... i can play the game without registry changes... but when i want to do a update patch 1.1 it says i dun have the game install ????

i formatted my C: Drive and install a fresh copy of Vista 64 bit

when running the game it said that PES 2009 is not installed and this cuz of reg file

so i run the reg file extracted from the windows vista 32-bit registry editor then try to run the game again but same msg still appear

shall i install the game another time from it's ISO ??? or there is another solution

Did you purchase the game? I'm thinking no.

Either way, I'm not aware of any issues between PES 2009 and 64-bit Vista.

Try buying the game then you wont have this problem

I've got Vista 64bit and not one problem so far.

Yes, make sure you run the patch in administrator mode.

I had problem like this before and I just refer to pc health advisor and everything went smoothly. I'm not sure if this can help to you but try, nothing to lost if you try. everything happens in terms of registry control.
