Pro evolution soccer 6 on PS3 !?

Any one heard anything about the first series on the next gen monster, , really can't begin to fathom how good it is going to be when you think about the difference between the last one on ps1 and the first on ps 2 and the difference between ps3 and ps2 is bigger than the gap between ps1 and ps2 .

keep this thread for updates and rumors and wishes etc if you like

Gap between PS2 and 3 is NOT bigger than the gap between 1 and 2. You'll see what next gen Pro Evo will be like on the Xbox 360 before you see it on PS3.

i would doubt it , as it's always been playstation title, and the xbox360 not really as good as ps3, and if you check the specs on the 3 consloes ps1 , ps2 , ps3, you will see it is by FAR bigger

PES on Xbox 360 has already been confirmed. Xbox 360 will have been out a year before PS3 is even out.

just like the PS2 died out after the Xbox was released? I don't really think so...both companies have covered all the bases on their consoles....nobody is as bad as sega was at marketing (Saturn anyone?)

PS3 may be more powerful..but remember it is working on a technology totally different from the Xbox360, so they are not directly compatible...like apples and oranges, the more power may not even be visible in games

And finally, PS3 will be geared more to a subgroup of the population, as Sony execs said "people buying our console will have to work more hours and want to deserve buying it"

To bring my post back to the topic, I'm personally looking forward to WE 10 on the 360

The XBOX 360 hardly looks like "next generation" to me. While it remains to be seen whether the PS3 is going to use all of its power, when you compare the differences from PS1 to PS2 and then PS2 - PS3 and Xbox - Xbox 360. I think we can only be disappointed and as such i'm not setting my hopes too high for an amazing next gen PES6.

For all of you waiting for the 1st game on the next gen system. Better not have your hopes too high. It may just be a slightly reworked port of the last WE/PES on PS2. If I remember, Konami did say something about a WE10 still on PS2.

in opsm2 coming out in september they said they will try to get pes6 pics on ps3 for the september edition

Just because they said WE10 will be on the ps2 doesnt mean it wont be on the ps3 aswell.They will most likely do what fifa did with ps2 and ps1,put a version out on both consoles so one on the ps3 and one on ps2
