Problems with substitutions

I am in my 2nd season Master League and all of a sudden the computer has started to make substitutions for me in the middle of the game.
What on earth is going on?
Please help.

In formation go to simple settings and un-check Auto-subs

Go to Team Formation > First option (above substitutions) and make sure nothing like "Auto-subs" on the left side is checked. Even if you don't remember changing anything there, just give it a shot. If that's not the case then I myself can't really help you.

For some reason, the "Auto-subs" were turned ON. I must have been doing so superfast clicking (finger faster than the brain, lol).
