PS3 files, Bundesliga/National teams

Hey people,

I have switched back to pes this year and I was never really big on editing or edit files before, I only really used to change the names to the correct names.
I have a few questions regarding option files on ps3 this year.

Is it possible to download a file to make the Bundesliga (kits, names, and correct players names and abilities) from one of the spare leagues because I haven't seen one yet on the forum?

Is it possible to download a file to correct the international teams player names such as Wales or Nigeria, because I don't really want to do that for every national team?

I have downloaded Cypes' file btw but it says that the kit is done for the Bundesliga but does it also sort out the players name and abilities as well?

Is there a file that can sort out the Portuguese league and South American names as well?

this year many options file makers moved to ps4.To get a option file full with every thing its hard

My main aim is for there to be a file with the correct kits for the prem and a created bundesliga because I miss using Dortmund

Your best bet will be the exported teams thread.. the German league is there ..
