[PS3] How to create a kit?

I have seen a lot of kit makers in this forum and I want to know how I create a kit for PS3, because I will create kits for my league creation thread.

People use Photoshop to create those. Photoshop could be expensive. I use PAINT.net, it's free and easy to use. Once you have the program, find the images online and put them together using PAINT.net. The measurements for a good kit are 142 x 256.

im using photoshop cs3 ext and bases kit downloaded from vixon thread.
