Hello, i just purchased pes 2010 for my ps3. the firdt thing i tried was online play. everything seemed fine until the match actually started, when i couldn't control my players, but it seemed that my opponenent was playing with the computer. no orders from my gamepad were accepted except pausing the game and changing the formations. i am playing online other games with no problems (e.g. nba 2k10).i have tried rebooting, restarting the game, connecting the ethernet cable(i play other games wireless), charging my gamepad in full, but still nothing. there are no similar cases that came up when i googled it, it seems like something is terribly wrong with my ps3 or my gamepad or the pes2010 blueray disc, or i am doing something very obvuiously wrong. In any case i am getting very frustrated. can someon please suggest something?

this is no help to him, as far as the game being shit online, it was, but I feel its much better lately. In any case, the problem he's describing is not a normal "konami" lag issue. Are you sure your controller is either to the left or right (home or away)? Maybe you have it central and that makes you not control the players. Try that!

yeh ok the online is abit better, but the online play sucks.. only so much u can put up with barca/ real thing. dont get me wrong, u can pick whtever team you want but when u pick a small team thn get humped or the lag kicks in there only so much u can put with, thats how i dont play online anymore.. am not the best at the game, and if you look at the my records iv lost like 75% of my games.. i just play for fun..

lag issue was nothin 2 do with the pad aswell. my pads are always charged and can play another game online np probs. it just depends on the connection when am playin away.. But i do pefer community play is better..

oh and soz to the poster, i didnt read your post rite and am soz for that..
