i was just wondering if its possible to put option files on my phone instead of a usb stick and if it will work

any help please?

It depends on what file system your phone's memory card has been formatted to I think.

PS3 only reads FAT32

Check your memory card by putting it in the PS3 then copying a gamesave to it, see if it works
