You need:
-USB-Stick (FAT format)
- WinRAR
- PES 2017

Instructions:

- You download the files COMPETIONS, NATIONALTEAMS and LEAGUETEAMS
- Unpack the folders.
- Each time copy the WEPES folder on a USB-Stick
- Start with the national teams and then the Leagueteams
- Put the USB-Stick into the PS4 and start the game
- In editor mode go to data management, import, import teams
- Select all and import teams (this will take some time)
- Save everything and then import the Leagueteams
- You have to import the competition logos yourself
- Change the name of the leagues and cups
- For League and Cups there is a pdf-file
- You have to sort the leagues by yourself
- You will need to swap around teams in order to have a full 1. Bundesliga, MLS and
J-League.
- Start a masterleague and enjoy

Thanks dude, already realized that Problem with USA und Mexico. Will be Fixed at next Update on Sunday.

Quick question...are all players edited so the commentary says the correct names?
A lot of DFL Bundesliga players have most likely their original commentary names...

There are not many callnames for german players or bundesliga players, I only noticed that Bernat dont have a callname. The Bundesliga will be improved every sunday with a Update. Posted mistakes will be fixed like the thing with mexico and Usa. So feel free to post mistakes.
