putting an option file on a dvd for WE10

hi guys, i have the following files :

-PS2MENU.ELF
-SYSTEM.CNF
-DUMMY.BIN (1.46 gb)
-BISLPM-66374WE10OPT.NPO (KM Mix latest option file)

i burned them on a dvd (by simply dragging them into Nero) but unfortunately my ps2 doesn't read them ...

is the method wrong ?

shall i go with cd/dvd generator and create an .iml file and then export to .iso and then burn ? if it's the case what do i put in the volume tab ?

what is the appropriate method ? i would highly appreciate it if you could help, thanks a lot in advance

Which option file is that?
Try to get the cd bin-cue version of it.

my problem is my ps2 doesn't read CD-Rs, and the .bin/cue available are made for CDs

the option file is for the latest KM Mix (available on the download section in this forum)

use alcohol 120% that will still burn to dvd
