Putting our own commentary into the game?

is this possible? was just watching some alan Partridge clisp on youtube and im sure his quotes would be great to have inplace of some of the current commentaroy sound files. Any ideas on how this is done lads?

in the new game pes 11 you can import sound data.so the commentator will say the league names and team names for ps3/pc not sure for xbox but if you don't belive me check on youtube the interview with seabass.
