Question about Starting a Master League

I want to start a EPL master league. So far I haven't edited all the kits for every team as it is time consuming. I do plan on finishing. My question is do I have to delay starting my league because of this. I'm afraid the current kits will somehow save into that league and even when edited they won't change during a in-progress league. Kind of like on games where roster changes you do in the default settings don't effect a current league in progress. Make sense? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're not 100% happy, start a mock ML, save, go edit something then re-load your ML. you'll see the changes.
