Question regarding PC Patches

Hi all :)

Recently Rocky5 has published the software "PC/ps3 to xbox files converter". I have tried to convert ps3 files but didnt try the pc yet.

My question is, there are many version of so-called "pc patch" here. If I download them, do i be able to extract the files (uniform emblems etc) to convert using Rocky's software?

I dont want to waste time downloading the hundreds megabytes for nothing.

Anyone? Thank you.
