I know I'd need a modified or chipped PS2 to play the DVD-R the game is burned to right?

But my PS2 plays DVD-R's of stuff I have recorded from TV.Would a burned PS2 game work anyway or do I still need to get it modified or chipped?

You will need some way to play backups, could either be swap magic or you could get a chip either way is just as good...

btw swap magic wont void your warranty
