Are there any option files where I can download which will give me real Team/Player names? Is it even possible for the PS3 to do this? Please pardon me as I just got the game and was surfing for this and stumbled onto this site. I ran a search on the forums using the keywords PS3 real names and some other random keywords that I can think of and didn't come up with anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's loads. What you need to look for is a PS3 'Option File'.
