Last night I was playing my mate. He was Real and I was Spurs.

With five minutes to go, I foolishly scythed down Raul about 30 yards out.

But then it showed Richards bending down in disgust like players do when they give away a pen . . .

And sure enough my mate got a pen, despite the fact he was fouled around 12 yards away from the box, and scored, and won 3-2.

Has anyone else been screwed-over like this!? :confused:

i haven't but it seems like something that could happen in pes3 because the refereeing decisions are awful.

Maybe there was an off-the-ball incident?

Refs are much better in WE7:IJ which should hopefully result in a better attitude by them in PES4 too. Better all round: less handballs, if you lose advantage play is called back. But they seem to be more keen on giving reds on 5*.

In WE7I they are very keen on reds too, I hate it, that is something that needs to be changed.

truely the refs are extremely biased towards the computer/against me. i have played Aston Villa with a number of teams and never once have i left the field with more than 9 men. and its not reckless challenges. the worst is when you slide in front of a player, cleanly getting the ball, and the player trips a wee bit and you get booked. i have punched and screamed into many pillows because of these decisions.

I've actually broken my bed because of PES3. I was in a cup final and it was 2-1 in the final minute. And do you ever get that feeling when the computer is hell-bent on scoring and you are powerless? Well I got that feeling. Then the ref gave a pen after Valeny's perfectly good tackle.

I hit the bed so hard a couple of slats underneath broke.

I hate this game sometimes.

PES3 is like a woman, you love spending plenty of time with it and playing with it in your bedroom. but sometimes it gets bitchy and you just cant take it. about a month and a half ago i went a whole week without it, and by the time i played again, i didnt care about the refs...for the first 2 hours.
