Does any one know the purpose of regulating the condition in the master league mode?

Does any one know the purpose of regulating the condition in the master league mode?

It improves their condition - i.e. what arrow they have (red is best). On higher conditions they will play better and therefore be able to get more experience.

DO IT FOR 5 MINS BEFORE EACH GAME AND YOUR PLAYERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO PLAY A GOOD GAME.

Is there a downside to regualting your teams condition? Does it hurt stamina or anything?

It isn't worth it! It puts most players arrow down and only increases very few! I play better without doing it!

only do it if its an important game and your best players are on blue arrows
