I haven't read all the other 4 pages of this thread but I have 1 question...Why when I want to add to a person's reputation(someone that I have already added to) a prompt comes up on my screen telling me I should spread my reputation around before I come back to the person I want to rep? :unsure:

Shouldn't I be able to rep someone who has posted something good when I want?
