Replacing a league from different patch

Hello guys, I'm brazilian and I do enjoy playing with local clubs, but the problem is: brazilian patches tend to be kinda lame.

So I was wondering: can I get a good patch (say, PesEdit patch) and then replace one league (for example, german second division) the brazilian first division from the brazilian Brazukas patch. That's all I need from the brazilian patch. Not the stadiums they've edited, not their lame backgrounds... just the brazilian League and thats it!
