Does anyone have an option file which has the bundesliga npower league, prem league, la liga and national teams with the correct squads, kits etc.

No I dont think its got the Bundesliga, but that shouldn't take yourself too long to make really - most of the players are in the game already, they just need to be allocated to a team (And BayMun and WerBrem are in it already).
If thats not your cup of tea however, Im sure somebody will release a version of Alkhens soon with the germans added into it.
