I use to play with two wings! when i pass the ball in the middle most of the time me two attacker are not at the place where they can scort (one run to the outside - the other stands out the 16er!).

Can anybody give me a tipp - how to the attacker stand in the 16er to score heading goals!

Have it to do with the arrows in the tactic menu!

try to set the attackers as CF postion so they will be around the Penalty point which will help
to set it to CF go to edit in formation

good crossing is playing a role too
