When you make compilations what programs do you use to record the goals? (on pc)

To record it I use Fraps and then to change frame rate and compress it I use program called VirtualDub
Someone has already answered to this question and he has described the principle of how to record with these programs,so look below in this section...

I use gamecam, it's just as good as fraps and it doesn't cost money.

The audio and video is compressed in realtime, unlike fraps which does in full size then must be compressed.
