Has anyone else noticed this technique? I'm sure you all have but I just thought I'd share it with you anyway. I tried pulling off a 360 spin, but instead I flicked the ball up to my self. I noticed that if you press the R3 button up then down (or down then up) in a fast motion, you flick the ball up to yourself. You can then run onto it and volley it. Hard to get it on goal at first, but you eventually get a hang of it.
