The only one I've seen mentioned is Red Star Belgrade. A bit confused by that as I see no reason for them to drop Partizan.

I am a BIG fan of Partizan that I was hoping to see him in PES10 because he playin Europa League and If am not wrong Konami have lincence of Europa League and they Participants

That could very well be why I've only seen Red Star listed - additional teams were listed individually whilst Partizan would then be contained within the Europa League licence and therefore not be in the list I saw. I'm a huge Red Star fan (though nowhere near Serbia) and still dare not play a Red Star-Partizan match for fear of losing.

Of course, Partizan would then likely be available in the Europa League only.
