i want to start a master league but without promotions and relegations happening. In my Tottenham season Monaco, Feyenoord and Lille were all promoted to my league were all the English teams are and i dont want this to happen.

can anyone help me so that promotions and relegations dont take place in my league.

I'm 99% sure you can't unless you put yourself in League b.c or d and have the division 2 going up to the league a, which i don't think you can do, i think the second division is for whatever league you put yourself in

put all the very weak teams in division 2
