I have downloaded the wolf-patch to PES4, but there arent any shirts? There are no ads on the shirts. All the other stuff works. Can someone please tell me what to do.

There are no shirts in Wolf's patch but they will be released in a add-on patch later. Also Spark's kits are coming real soon.
