Sig Problem Please Help

Right ive looked everywhere for a thread thats tells em how to get a picture as my sig and i cant find one so how the hell do i do it! ALl i can get is writting

go to a website called http://www.imageshack.us then upload ur picture then copy the hotlink for forums line then go edit sig on quick links then drop the hotlink in
