Skipping the Intro & Team Settings!

Hi! Does anyone know a way to skip all the intro when the game is loading!?
My other question is how do I get to use my own settings when playing online? I always have to do many changes when Im playing online and it takes to long!! Also when playing online my team has different players from as when I regurarly play. I have th Wolf Furry option file!!
Thx alot for any kind of help.
