Is this what I need? On a US PS2.
This is a Slide Card and NTSC Swap Magic Discs Combo. Includes Slide Card, CD Swap Magic v3.6 and DVD Swap Magic v3.6.


What else do I need. I can get a action replay for PS2 for the option files. Do I need the tools to unscrew from the PS2? Or can I get them without ordering.

I think that's all you need.
I don't think there are specialist tools but you'll have to check on that. Simple screwdriver etc might be enough.
