BT cut me off this week thanks to a messed up DD :realmad:and when they re-connected me PES wouldn't connect online! with the same message as you have I spent ages messing with the home hub to no avail.
I just turned the hub off and then back on and it worked instantly. Have you tried that? If that doesn't work you'll have to log into your hub/router and change your port forwarding or DMZ settings.(not sure how you would do this though, sorry)
