The Greatest Soccer Game Ever (period).
I'm sorry for this statement but I'm speechless.
Only some concerns and I need help (long time away from PES):
First: When creating Bundesleague How Can I Create Teams? (Should I replace the German teams with fictional teams in leagues such as PEU League?) or there is a way to create a separate team somewhere!
Second: Is there any way to fix the transfer issue? Vidal is still in Juventus. Is Konami making updates and how can I know when they release one?

I think the way most people do it is use one of the fake leagues and replaces the teams. You will have to create the players aswell in terms of stats and appearance. A massive undertaking. Someone else who knows more about it will be better able to advise you.

You can make transfers in the edit mode. Enter edit from the main menus and transfers should be an option in the edit menu. Last year you had to delete a player from a team then add him from the within the team you want to transfer him to. You'll usually find the deleted player in free agents, or search his name. There is another option that looks like transfer but it swaps a player with a player from another team.

In all hope, most people are praying that they find some way to bring option files into the game to make all this editing easier.
