Here's a few appearance updates for some European players. I'll be adding more to this (in particular Fiorentina and Palermo) but won't be taking requests at the moment I'm afraid, I've don't tend to do that much in the way of appearance editing so I'm only doing certain players at the moment. I may start taking them though once I've finished the kit updates I'm trying to get done /get a bit more practice at appearances (I normally just do kits, this is the first time I've done any appearances that I thought were worth posting
). Anyway...
Yeste (Athletic Club de Bilbao)
Thought this came out pretty spot on...

Brows: 22, -3, -1, 0
Eyes: 21, +1, 0, +2, +1, 1, Brown 2
Nose: 8, -1, -1
Cheeks: 7, +2
Mouth: 13, +2, 0
Jaw: 2, -3, +2
Hairstyle: Special 135
Llorente (Athletic Club de Bilbao)
Hard to get his hair right but it'll do, the default face isn't actually that bad once you start editing it, I think the default hair colour they give him masks it a bit

Eyes: 31, +1, +1, -2, +3, 2, Black 1
Nose: 6, 0, +1
Cheeks: 7, -3
Mouth: 17, +4, +1

Donadel (Fiorentina)
Had real trouble getting his hair looking anything like it should, so here's two alternatives. The firts is using Special 232, the second using Special 84. I think I prefer the first, but its still not quite right, if someone could suggest a better one that'd be helpful.

Brows: 22, -2, -2, -1
Eyes: 17, +2, -1, -1, -2, 1, Black 2
Nose: 4, +2 (note in the photos this is set to 0, so it will look slightly different), 0
Cheeks: 1, +1
Mouth: 13, +2, +1
Jaw: 2, -1, -3
Hairstyle: Special 84 OR Special 232
Colour: RGB (45, 38, 30)
(Update: Having just taken a second look at this a few minutes ago, I'd say Special 232 for the hairstyle, it looks pretty accurate in game. Something isn't quite right about the face though and I can't work out what, I'll give it another go over the weekend...)

Stupidly forgot to photograph this one. Not much of an update as the preset face is nigh on perfect anyway, mainly just a new hairstyle/slightly changed facial dimensions

Hair: Straight 1: 3, 6, 1
Colour: Pattern 9
Anyway, hope they're of some use. Hopefully will get a few Palermo ones (Zaccardo, Barzagli, Caracciolo...) done soon
