You can also contact the Support Mail at [email protected]. Where we will try and answer your questions as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind, that there are 10 staff members who deal with these e-mails and have to deal with 400,000 members e-mails, so things can take a while to process.
If you are stuck in the game, feel free to also contact your local staff members.
You can find these members by going to Sportsbar and using the map to veiw your country and see who is the local staff for that country.
You may notice that in the forums, some members have letters next to their names, below are the positions of these members:
(Crew) - These are the guys who made the game, they make sometimes rare appearances on the forums, as they are usually working hard.
MA - This is the Master Assistant. Each country has a Master Assistant, which is the member who is in charge of pretty much everything in that country.
GA - These members are the Game Assistants, they are all a friendly bunch of staff who strive to help the members in the game and help catch the cheaters. (Report to a GA or MA if you know of a cheater).
FA - These are the Forum Assistants, these guys are like Moderators, and they have the ability to close and delete threads, they also make sure that the forum is a safe place to visit.
RA - RA means Reporter Assistant. In ManagerZone, most countries have their own publications, these publications are called 'The Zone' and includes all the latest news in your country, as well as a round up of the top leagues. You can even send in your own articles to the zone and have them published!
LA - These guys are rare, they are the Language Assistants. ManagerZone is available in over 40 countries and over 10 languages. These guys do the painstaking task of going through every text in ManagerZone and translating it to a new language.
