does anybody have a solution for getting MP3's to work in game?

I have a few that play fine etc in the XMB but when i press triangle in game to play test them, that start to play then switch off almost straight away instantly.

I have taken the special characters out of the title etc and made sure they are MP3's but nothing seems to work.

Not a major issue, but i would like to know what's causing it.

cheers

Have you checked the bitrate of the tracks? And have you made sure the tracks have no breaks in them? Ive had music in games do this before, most notably in San Andreas. The ingame media player may have a limitation on the bitrate of the tracks, and may have problems playing tracks that have small errors.

ok, if this is the problem do you know how the bitrate can be changed? but i don't think this is the problem, because i have checked the MP3's that are not working along side the MP3's that do (by opening the properties side by side) and everything seems the same.

got the smae problem with my arsenal chants, get to about 45 seconds and then it restarts and misses the Theo Theo Theo chant which i like :(.

might just get rid of it all together.

The only way I know to change the bitrate would be to recode the MP3. Also to point out with chant packs, some of them may have audio breaks or sound "pops" that can cause media players to think its the end of the track and restart it.
