somethings wrong with my pes 2008

can anyone find out a way to fix my problem?
the problem is that my pes 2008 option file does not change
everything that i change always erases after closing the program
if i would change the names of all the names of the EPL teams it would not save can anyone find a solution and tell me plz
also it says when i load "save data corrupted"
